Is the Starter plan really free?
Yes — contacts, the leads feed, basic job tracking, and a basic dashboard, free. No credit card to start, no trial clock.
What's the $499 setup fee for?
It's a one-time fee on the Website plans. Your business website — online booking, client hub, and lead-capture widget configured for your trade — is built through our partnership with Dirty Digital Co.
Can I add AI Follow-ups or SMS to any plan?
Yes. Both add-ons stack on any plan, including free Starter — $49/mo for AI Follow-ups, $29/mo for SMS Messaging.
How do online payments work?
Payments are powered by Stripe. Your customer pays online directly from the invoice — total processing fees are 4.4% + $0.30 per transaction, deducted automatically before payout.
Can I cancel or change plans?
Anytime. Plans are month-to-month — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your org settings. The one-time setup fee isn't refunded, but your website work is yours.
