Billing questions
Is the Starter plan really free?
Yes: contacts, the leads feed, basic job tracking, and a basic dashboard, free. No credit card to start, no trial clock.
How does the Pro trial work?
Pro starts with a 14-day free trial. We ask for a card up front to set up billing, but you won't be charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime before then and you won't be billed.
Can I add Sequences or SMS?
Yes, both add-ons are available on Pro: $49/mo for Sequences, $29/mo for SMS Messaging.
How do online payments work?
Payments are powered by Stripe. Your customer pays online directly from the invoice. Stripe's own processing fee (2.9% + $0.30 per transaction) applies either way. On top of that, Starter adds 1% and Pro adds 0.6%, deducted automatically before payout. Pro's lower rate is one more reason it pays for itself as your payment volume grows.
Can I cancel or change plans?
Anytime. Plans are month-to-month: upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your org settings.
